                                             Trey Hough

                                             Commercial Relationship Manager, TrustMark Bank

 

Trey Hough is responsible for leading the business development of Biloxi, MS, and the commercial real estate development for the MS Gulf Coast division, which includes the Mississippi cities of Long Beach, Gulfport, Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, Pass Christian, Ocean Springs, as well as the cities of Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida.  Mr. Hough is directly responsible for the business development of 2 area managers who directly manage a combined staff of 11 full and part time employees.  These area managers can have the working title of branch manager or commercial relationship manager associate.

TrustMark National Bank is a commercial banking entity with a total of $12,000,000,000 in assets.  The commercial footprint of Trustmark National Bank is Houston, TX, Memphis, TN, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Emerald Coast of Florida.  Trustmark National Bank has an estimated 3,200 total employees.

 

Trey is responsible for developing a small business development training course for the Trustmark National Bank small business development lenders.  This is a brand new business development training course for Trustmark National Bank small business lenders.  The first course was taught October 17 – 19, 2016.  The small business development lenders in these in classes come from Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida Trustmark National Bank centers.  These courses are taught five times a year.  This training seminar is a total of two full days.  Small business development lenders are considered to be junior lenders to who can make business loans up to $500,000.  Trey Hough can personally originate commercial loans up to a maximum of $5,000,000.  Any amount higher than $5,000,000 must be partnered with a corporate banker.


Hough is responsible for managing all construction loan programs for the MS Gulf Coast division.  Construction loan programs are provided to individual residential and commercial contractors and construction companies.  These programs assist with financing the needs of these construction companies.  Trey personally manages a loan portfolio, as well.

Trey is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and received his MBA with an emphasis on finance from Bellhaven University.   Trey expects to receive his PhD in Adult Learning and Workforce Development in late 2018.

Trey received his certificate in economic development from the University of Southern Mississippi.
