Mr. Joubert had the following to say about the CLED training program:

“LIDEA’s CLED program was a great journey for me.  I have learned so much and met many economic developers along the way.  This program was much more than a certificate; it was instrumental in building my professional network.  Even though I have graduated from the program, I take a class or two each year just to keep up economic development and meet the new up and coming economic developers.  It keeps my network fresh and continues to serve me on a day to day basis. ”
